Deloitte Corporate Conference Center and Lodging Facility

Alpha was selected to perform full construction materials testing services for this 750,000 square foot campus. The facility, which broke ground in October 2009 and is scheduled to open in 2011, will house 35 classrooms, multiple conference facilities, 800 guest rooms, water features, parking and numerous other amenities. Services being provided include soils, piers, concrete, masonry, structural steel, and sprayed-on fireproofing testing and inspection.
