Cambridge Court Apartments

Alpha conducted an asbestos survey, asbestos abatement oversight, noise assessment, mold assessment, lead-based paint (LBP) assessment and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) at the subject site for the purpose of due diligence property transaction purposes and renovation as low-income housing. The subject site was an abandoned, vacant multi-family apartment complex consisting of 24 two-story apartment unit building and two offices/clubhouse buildings, constructed in the early 1970's.
