Commercial Building - Lincoln Property

Alpha conducted a Phase I ESA on a 2.6-acre commercial developed property improved with a two-story office/professional building and associated asphalt paved driveways and parking areas for due diligence property transaction purposes on behalf of potential buyer.

Based on the findings of the Phase I, Alpha recommemded a Phase II Environmental Subsurfae Investigation be performed. The Phase II investigation included the installation of three (3) soil borings/groundwater monitor wells on the subject site, and the collection of soil and groundwater samples for laboratory analysis of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH), BTEX and MTBE.
