Craig Ranch

Alpha provided all geotechnical studies and all construction materials testing for portions of the master planned Craig Ranch Community in McKinney, Texas. Today, the complex includes over 3000 acres. Retail development flanks Craig Ranch on all sides.

Unique Services: Alpha's work included testing for the development of the nationally known PGA/TPC golf course. Golf course construction included a championship-level course, clubhouse, maintenance facility, roadways, and new bridges for both street traffic and golf carts.

Single-family residential housing and various retail buildings surround the golf course development. A soccer complex and associated athletic facilities were also included in Alpha's scope.
