Ft. Bliss Commissary

Alpha is currently providing construction materials testing services for this new facility. The $20.3 million commissary will have a sales floor of 60,800 s.f., over 2,000 s.f. larger than the current facility. Services being provided include mass grading, utilities, concrete, HMAC, structural steel, and mortar and grout testing and inspection.
