Alpha has served as Primary Engineer for the district since 2002. Brian Powell, PE, Vice President is a resident of Lewisville and personally manages the LISD program.

Alpha has served the district since 2002 on 87 projects as a near sole source provider, with contract renewals three times in that period, including in 2009.
