Southlake Regional Medical Center

Alpha provided geotechnical services for this healthcare project. Subsurface conditions were explored by drilling a total of 14 testing borings to a depth of about 70 feet. For multiple borings, the load carrying capacity of the sandy shale and shale were evaluated by performance of TxDOT's Cone Penetration Test. Alpha provided design recommendations beased on the laboratory analyses of the samples taken from the borings.

Alpha will provide construction materials testing services when this project moves forward to the construction phase.
