Vitruvian Park Phase I and II

Project reclaimed a once blighted area for new development just outside the Dallas 635 Loop. Alpha has been involved in preliminary and final geotechnical investigations as the project proceeds through the planned phased development. Alpha is currently provided construction materials testing services for this project as well.

Unique Services: Alpha has been able to translate the original geotechnical work into a comprehensive materials testing and inspection program, utilizing te geotechnical staff of record in solving construction problems.
